Privacy Practices Policy

Propose: To assure the continued privacy and confidentiality of personal financial information, ViewPoint Bank and its subsidiaries will observe these practices and procedures.

Information We Collect
We collect nonpublic information about our customers from some or all of the following sources:

• Information we receive from customers on applications or other forms, such as name, address, social security number, assets and income.
• Information about customer transactions with us, our affiliates or others such as account balance, payment history, and parties to transactions.
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as creditworthiness and credit history.

Information We Disclose
We may disclose all of the information we collect as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose information about our customers under other circumstances as permitted by law. We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our former customers except as permitted by law.

Our Security Measures
We restrict access to nonpublic information about our customers to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal and State regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Affiliate Opt-out

Federal law gives customers the right to limit some but not all marketing from our affiliates. Federal law also requires the Bank to provide a notice to each customer informing them about their right to limit marketing they receive from our affiliates. A customer’s choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will not expire unless the customer revokes that choice in writing. If the customer has already made a choice to limit marketing offers, the customer does not need to opt-out again. The Bank will treat an opt-out by one joint accountholder as applying to all owners on the account.
