The restrictions for Savings Secured Loans are:

The annual percentage rate on this loan may change based on the Interest rate paid on the Savings account securing this loan (Index), plus a margin of 3% to 6%. The annual percentage rate will change on the 1st day of the month following a change in the index.
Approved Accounts: Regular Savings and CDs
Add 3.00% to 6.00% to Savings Rates Max Term is 60 Months The minimum loan amount is $500
The restrictions for CD Secured Loans are:

Add 3.00% to 6.00% to CD Rates and only applies to ViewPoint Bank CD. The maximum loan term cannot exceed the CD term.
Single pay loans can not exceed six months with a minimum of 90 days.
Add 3.00% to 6.00% to CD Rates Max Term is 60 Months The minimum loan amount is $500
RISK BASED:
Exceptions to customers that would not normally qualify for a regular secured or unsecured loan will be reviewed by a Lending Center Credit Analyst or higher with lending authority. For these exceptions, the following procedures will apply:
  1. Savings must be on deposit with ViewPoint Bank.
  2. Loan advance cannot exceed 100% of the deposit balance.
  3. Loan rate to be a minimum of 600 basis points over the deposit rate.
  4. Funds used must be collected.
Customers receiving this loan accommodation should understand we do not intend to spend any effort collecting the monthly payments.
The first time the loan falls 30 days delinquent, the savings will be converted to payoff the loan balance. Additionally, this could preclude our extending future credit of any type.
