Google Chrome Settings

Browser Settings

  1. Click on the TOOLS icon (wrench at the end of the URL box). 
  2. Select "Under the Hood" under OPTIONS. 
  3. Click "Content Settings" under PRIVACY. 
  4. Cookies: Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  5. JavaScript: Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
  6. Pop-ups: Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

Security

  1. From the Tools menu, click OPTIONS. 
  2. From the Options menu, click "Under the Hood." 
  3. Check the box next to "Check for server certificate revocation." 

Deleting Temporary Internet Files

NOTE: Deleting all Temporary Internet Files from your browser history will require you to go through the Enhanced Security Login process again and reset your computer to PRIVATE so Online Banking recognizes your device the next time you log in to your account.

  1. From the Tools menu, click OPTIONS. 
  2. From the Options menu, click "Under the Hood." 
  3. From the Privacy menu, click SECURITY. 
  4. Click the "Clear browsing data" button.
  5. Select "the beginning of time" from the dropdown. 
  6. Check the following:
    1. Clear browsing history
    2. Clear download history
    3. Empty the cache
    4. Delete cookies and other site data
  7. Click the "Clear browsing data" button again. 

Deleting Cookies Only

NOTE: Deleting Cookies from your browser history will require you to go through the Enhanced Security Login process again and reset your computer to PRIVATE so Online Banking recognizes your device the next time you log in to your account.

  1. From the Tools menu, click OPTIONS.
  2. From the Options menu, click "Under the Hood."
  3. From the Privacy menu, click SECURITY.
  4. Click the "Clear browsing data" button.
  5. Select "the beginning of time" from the dropdown.
  6. Ensure only the "Delete cookies and other site data" box is checked.
  7. Click the "Clear browsing data" button again.
