(4) For Money Market Checking, at least one payment per month must be processed or the free bill pay account will revert to a regular bill pay account and be subject to a monthly service charge of $6.95. For Absolute Checking, at least one payment per month must be processed if account holder does NOT have direct deposit in order to earn highest APY; however, bill-pay account will not be subject to the monthly service charge of $6.95.
(5) Free ATMs refers to ViewPoint Bank ATM fees only. ATM owner may still charge fee.
(6) ViewPoint Bank Custom Checks only. Only one box of checks per order.
(7) In order to receive the highest APY, all of the following is required: (a) Receive Direct Deposit OR actively use free online Bill Pay (one payment per month); (b) Receive your monthly bank statement and notices on your account electronically; AND (c) Use your Absolute Checking Visa Check Card at least 15 times per month for purchases. If all requirements are not met, the lowest percentage rate will be paid on the entire account balance. Rates are determined based on the activity of the prior month.
(8) If there is no activity on this account as of the first day of the 6th month, the account will convert to a ViewPoint Checking account, and may be subject to a monthly service charge.
(9) Customers must sign a one-year commitment to pay $3 per month for the waiving of up to 10 offsite ViewPoint Bank ATM service charges per month for the first year of use. At the end of the first year, the customer can then go from month to month. Applies to ViewPoint Bank ATM fees only; ATM owner may still charge fee.
