Getting Started with TouchTone Teller

Reminders

• You will be prompted to press # periodically after entering an account or amount, and in all other cases the # can return you to the previous menu
• The * key disconnects you from TouchTone Teller
• No decimal is needed when entering dollar amounts (including cents)
• Account Services are account specific, other services are non-account specific
• The system will lead you to where you need to go just by listening to the options.

Check Your Balance

1. Dial 972-578-6000.
2. Listen to greeting.
3. Press ONE for touchtone phone.
4. For ACCOUNT SERVICES press ONE.
5. Enter your Access Number followed by the # key.
6. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
7. For CHECKING press ONE.
   • Your account number and current balance will be given.
   • Your last deposit and the posting date will be given.
   • Other options will then be given.

Pay Your Loan Payment from Your Checking Account

1. Dial 972-578-6000.
2. Listen to greeting.
3. Press ONE for touchtone phone.
4. For TRANSFERS press TWO.
5. Enter your Access Number followed by the # key.
6. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
7. For CURRENT DAY TRANSFER press ONE.
8. To TRANSFER from CHECKING press ONE. Enter the ACCOUNT NUMBER transferring from followed by the # key.
9. To TRANSFER to a LOAN press THREE. Enter the ACCOUNT NUMBER you want to transfer to followed by the # key. Then, type the AMOUNT to TRANSFER, including CENTS, followed by the # key.
10. TouchTone Teller confirms the amount and request. Press ONE if CORRECT or TWO if INCORRECT. If CORRECT, a confirmation number will be given.
11. Other options will be given.

Make a Transfer from Checking to Savings

1. Dial 972-578-6000.
2. Listen to greeting.
3. Press ONE for touchtone phone.
4. For TRANSFERS press TWO.
5. Enter your Access Number followed by the # key.
6. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
7. For CURRENT DAY TRANSFER press ONE.
8. To TRANSFER from CHECKING press ONE. Enter the ACCOUNT NUMBER transferring from followed by the # key.
9. To TRANSFER to SAVINGS press TWO. Enter the ACCOUNT NUMBER you want to transfer to followed by the # key.
10. Type the AMOUNT to TRANSFER, including CENTS, followed by the # key.
11. TouchTone Teller confirms the amount and request. Press ONE if CORRECT or TWO if INCORRECT. If CORRECT, a confirmation number will be given.
12. Other options will be given.

6. Select the appropriate region/city. TouchTone Teller will list the address and hours for the location selected.
